AAA of Washington Remodel

This project involved removing partition walls to create additional showroom floor space. The majority of this work was done in the evening to reduce the impact to the customers and employees. Learn More


Washington State Department of Corrections Walla Walla Penitentiary Fire Sprinkler Upgrades

The scope of this project is to add fire sprinklers to an existing building and two new offices.


Eltopia Pump House

Constructed a CMU pump house for the Eltopia Water Association.


Ranch and Home Covered Storage Area

Constructed a 7,000 sq-ft metal storage area in front of the operating Kennewick Ranch and Home retail store.


Villas at Meadow Springs

This Project was to take two existing single car garages and combine them into one ADA accessible garages. It was very challenging to meet all ADA requirements in an existing 3 story building.


Port of Benton Fire Station Upgrade

Renovations to the old fire station included demolition of old add on structure infilling old windows, painting the structure and installing metal siding.


Canoe Ridge Slab Replacement

Remove approx. 1,000sq-ft of concrete slab and replace inside of an operational winery production facility.


Pendleton SSA

Renovate an existing building to house the social security administration office in Pendleton, Or. Scope of work included new asphalt paving, interior demolition, and reconstruct approx. 4500 sqft of office space


Tri-City Orthopedics MRI

Renovate and add on to existing P.T. building to accommodate a new MRI magnet as well as move the magnet into the building.


Columbia Crest Wine Makers Tasting Lab Remodel

Install new finishes including, casework, hardwood floors, chalk board painted door, and new skylights.


Columbia Crest Barrel Processing Area

Renovate a 10,000sq-ft barrel processing area to accommodate a new barrel washing/production area. Also add onto the existing lunch room. Work included removing 10,000 sqft of existing 8” slab and replacing, new trench drains, water heater, water service, and equipment layout.
